Who is Contalta?
Contalta is a European/Malta based company specializing in the design, manufacture and delivery of UN Certified Liquipod® IBC’s direct from factory to customer.
Is the UN Certificate for the Liquipod® IBC held by Contalta?
YES, Contalta, as the manufacturer, is the only legal entity entitled to hold the UN Certificate
Are your Liquipods® suitable for hazardous liquids?
YES The UN certification ensures that the Liquipod® IBC’s are suitable for hazardous liquids

How robust is rhe Liquipod® to resist damage by forklift trucks?
We recognize that damage is caused to any material by careless forklift trucks. For this reason we have paid particular attention to the design of the legs. They are manufactured from 4mm stainless steel plate with stiffening webs.
How strong is the Liquipod® to avoid/limit damage due to unintentional dropping while handling?
Again we recognize this to be a problem and for this reason we incorporate an additional cushion frame between the tank and the pallet frame for minimizing impact of the tank
